Just a few more hours to go and then it’s the weekend!
Naturally the snack in the mouth team has some suggestions:
In case you didn’t know, the first ever Temple Bar Chocolate Festival is being held this weekend. Events range from chocolate appreciation classes (as if we needed any help!) to chocolate themed markets.
The Comedy Festival also takes place this weekend at the Iveagh Gardens. The likes of Andrew Maxwell, Des Bishop, Jason Byrne and even PJ Gallagher will be performing on stage. With over sixty artists there’s plenty to choose from!
Have a good one whatever you get up to

Hello again from the snack in the mouth team!
Our top tip for this week is head to the cinema and check out The Dark Knight. Those of us lucky enough to have seen it already were not disappointed.
In celebration of the film’s release we thought it might be fun to have a look back at some classic Batman quotes:
Robin: “You can’t get away from Batman that easy!”
Batman: “Easily.”
Robin: “Easily.”
Batman: “Good grammar is essential, Robin.”
Robin: “Thank you.”
Batman: “You’re welcome.”
Batman: “Better put 5 cents in the meter.”
Robin: “No policeman’s going to give the Batmobile a ticket.”
Batman: “This money goes to building better roads. We all must do our part.”
Dick: “Gosh, Economics is sure a dull subject.”
Bruce: “Oh, you must be jesting, Dick. Economics dull? The glamour, the romance of commerce… Hmm. It’s the very lifeblood of our country’s society.”

Well it’s been a while since we last checked in with you, but we’re back once again. It’s hard work being surrounded by yummy snack bars all the time you know!!!
July is here and still no sign of any sunshine about! In need of a break? The team at snackinthemouth.ie recommend you check out the following video:
If your stuck in an office why not liven things up and try some of the following:
1. Say to your boss, “I like your style”, wink, and shoot him/her with double-barrelled fingers.
2. Every time you get an email, shout “email!!!”.
3. For an hour, refer to everyone you speak to as “Dave”.
4. At the end of a meeting, suggest that, for once, it would be nice to conclude with the singing of the national anthem (extra points if you actually launch into it yourself).
